Havana hosts the Medical and Stomatology Congress. Before an audience of many Cuban and international doctors and specialists, Fidel CASTRO makes a closing speech praising the important role that Cuba gives to medicine
and medical care in its territory and particularly in rural areas. Images of rural dispensaries and the various
conferences that made up the congress illustrate his words. Showing a magazine on world health, he accuses capitalism of being responsible for poverty, malnutrition in the world and the lack of hygiene that kills thousands
of children around the world. Interviews with American doctors, satisfied with their participation, complete the subject.
