Welcome to 12 min BACK Workout - upper back, lower back, lats, posterior delts, & neck. ).
To be honest I love to hate back workouts but they are SO necessary for a stronger back + better posture + to relieve back pain when sitting all day long.
This 12 minute back workout can be done without equipment to use your own body weight or with resistance band and is apartment friendly!

Perform each of these exercises best 3 times a week - as long as you like or follow my 2 or 4 week training plan, which integrates more training videos from me.
8 minutes abs basic exercises

11 min abs workout intensive

This workout consists of 17 exercises of 30 sec. duration each. The exercises are intense. Don't give up and keep on going. It is best to do this exercise 2 times a week.
Needed tools: 2 rags or washcloths

Stretching
