Ayatul Kursi is frequently called in English as The Throne Verse is the 255th verse of the 2nd Surah of the Quran, Al-Baqarah.
The verse discusses how nobody and nothing is considered to be similar to Allah. This is one of the best-known, important verses of the Quran and is widely memorized and displayed in the Islamic world.
Benefits of Ayatul Kursi:
1) One who recites Ayatul Kursi every morning will probably be in the protection, the protection of Allah until the night time.
2) If a person recites it once, when going out of the home, Almighty Allah has a group of Angels to come and protect him/her. If recited twice, then two groups of Angels are assigned to do this. In case recited thrice, Allah tells the Angels not to worry as the Almighty himself protects the person.
3) Allah Almighty told Hazrat Musa (A.S), If one recites it after every prayer, the Almighty Allah will make his heart a thankful one, will give him a reward of the Prophets and his deeds will be like those of the truthful and nothing except death will stop him from going into heaven.
4) Prophet Muhammad (Saw) said, If one recites Ayatul Kursi before going to sleep, Allah will send an Angel to come and look after you and protect.
5) One who recites Ayatul Kursi after every prayer, their Prayer will be accepted. And they will remain in the safety of the Allah Almighty and Allah will protect them.
6) Frequent recitation of Ayatul Kursi makes your own passing away easy.
7) When someone is alone in the home, recitation of Ayatul Kursi will make him/her remain calm & he/she will not fear.

اللَّهُ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ هُوَ الْحَيُّ الْقَيُّومُ لاَ تَأْخُذُهُ سِنَةٌ وَلاَ نَوْمٌ لَهُ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمَا فِي الأَرْضِ مَنْ ذَا الَّذِي يَشْفَعُ عِنْدَهُ إِلاَّ بِإِذْنِهِ يَعْلَمُ مَا بَيْنَ أَيْدِيهِمْ وَمَا خَلْفَهُمْ وَلاَ يُحِيطُونَ بِشَيْءٍ مِنْ عِلْمِهِ إِلاَّ بِمَا شَاءَ وَسِعَ كُرْسِيُّهُ السَّمَاواتِ وَالأَرْضَ وَلاَ يَئُودُهُ حِفْظُهُمَا وَهُوَ الْعَلِيُّ الْعَظِيمُ
