Capital, in a word.
Monopolism is the top of the pyramid. Monopolism is the highest form of Capitalism.
The monopoly belongs to only a few well-known families, but they all obey one single Center.
Corporations have seized the world and are fitting it into their matrix.
It is necessary to explain in a few words what these capitalists are.
“Capital avoids noise and strife and is of a timid nature. This is true, but it is not the whole truth.
Capital fears the absence of profit or too little profit, as nature fears a vacuum. But once there is sufficient profit, capital becomes bold.
Provide 10%, and capital is ready for any application;
at 20% it becomes lively, at 50% it is positively ready to break its own neck;
at 100% it tramples on all human laws;
at 300% there is no crime it would not risk, even under the threat of the gallows.
If noise and strife bring profit, capital will contribute to both. Proof: smuggling and the slave trade.”
