Dear citizens of our planet, what is “Democracy”, and why do even the most democratic states on our planet not understand or subjectively distort the content of this term, which has an objective content that is closely connected with freedom within the framework of constitutional legality?!
So, democracy is the freedom of an individual person, as well as the majority of the people, the nation, within the framework of constitutional law. Individual freedom of a person is determined by the Constitution of the country in which this person lives, and no political authority of this country has the right to adopt unconstitutional laws that would infringe on civil freedom and human rights given to him by the Constitution of the state. In other words, a political party or political coalition that has come to state power, through the majority of votes of the country's voters, does not have the right to infringe on the rights and individual freedom of a citizen. And what rights do they have? They have the right to fulfill their election promises to the voter, within the framework of constitutional law, without infringing on the constitutional rights and freedoms of other citizens of the country who find themselves in the minority. The election promises of politicians and political parties are legitimized only if they do not violate the norms of the Constitution of the country. Then the question arises, if this is so, then why were members of the descratic party of the USA so got scared of the coming to power of the Republican Party member Donald Trump that some Democrats sold their houses in the USA and moved to other countries? Or why did some Democrats even buy tickets for a cruise around the planet, for the entire time of Donald Trump's stay in the Office of the President of the USA?! The answer to this question is quite honest, because even in the most democratic country in the world, not everything is in order with democracy and the rule of constitutional legality. And why is it so and not otherwise? Because the Talmudic political caste, which comes to state power, in one form or another, in violation of democratic legal norms of state life, believes that a political party or coalition that receives 51% of the votes in elections supposedly has the right to determine how the remaining 49% of the country's citizens should live. (By the way, this is also the logic of Russian President Vladimir Putin). In the legal constitutional reality, the ruling party or the President do not have such rights, since their rights are limited by the Constitution of the country, which guarantees the rights and freedoms of all citizens of the country. Therefore, if in the USA, and in other countries of our planet, constitutional rights were systematically observed, then representatives of 49% of the country's population would not have to leave their country because politicians they do not like came to power. And if such subjective negativity exists even in democratic countries, then what should the population of those countries do in which there is an authoritarian or dictatorial form of unconstitutional state governance, which has its roots in the already outlived institution of Monarchy? They also need to establish a real democratic form of constitutional state government, what Americans in the US also need to do. That is why I was surprised when the current President Joe Biden awarded Hillary Clinton with the Medal of FREEDOM, while Donald Trump and the Republican Party, in the pre-election presidential controversy, declared a threat to the existence of democracy in the USA. After all, Donald Trump said this because Hillary Clinton demanded to limit the Constitutional rights of citizens to freedom of expression and thought, with the sole purpose of having unconstitutional control over the dissemination of information that she subjectively did not like, she wanted to establish unconstitutional censorship. In other words, Hillary Clinton loved and loves her own freedom, but she did not tolerate the objective constitutional freedom of other citizens. That is why such people in the history of mankind have always been called fascists, not democrats, and no one has awarded them the Medal of FREEDOM, that is for sure.
In the above honest and objective political context, I will also examine the subjective love of the unofficial and mafia-like ruler of Georgia Bidzina Ivanishvili for his own interests and rights, with a conscious disregard for the constitutional rights and interests of other citizens of Georgia, whom he essentially robs. His party is so entangled in its chronic lies and fraudulent political falsifications that it edited together a New Year's greeting from various speeches by the Patriarch of Georgia Ilia II and aired it on TV allegedly as a live broadcast. After the just public outrage regarding such a falsification, the ruling party was forced to show Patriarch Ilia II, in a state punished by God for his satanic service to the Antichist, when all of Georgia saw in the chair not the Patriarch, but a likeness of a dead man's mummy, an unnaturally twisted and motionless humanoid creature (see the photographs in this publication), whom everyone around inadequately congratulated on his painful standing. Why does God punish the Patriarch of the Christian Church of Georgia Ilia II directly? Because he knew for decades that Jesus was the Antichrist and a servant of Satan. He knew that Jesus' teachings were detrimental to the nation and humanity, which are creates Hellish living conditions on Earth, in families and in the state. However, despite this, the Patriarch of Georgia, being an atheist, falsely, fraudulently and criminally continued to call Jesus the Messiah, the son of God and God, thereby causing an unforgivable insult to the real God of humanity and the entire Universe, satanically slandering Him. The culmination of this immoral sabbath was the congratulations of Bidzina Ivanishivlia and Irakli Kobakhidze, who claim that they allegedly defend moral values and the institution of the family, BUT they, knowing about the homosexual inclinations of the Patriarch, called him the standard of MORALITY. The question arises, how can we trust these immoral, inadequate and chronic liars, without conscience and honor?! Those people who trust them and govern Georgia, are they mentally capable, are they mentally ill people? This issue is very relevant for Georgia, because these by to them, who are the members of the ruling party of Georgia, who did not have enough intelligence to even create an original name for their party, therefore, as plagiarists, in imitation of the "American Dream", but very inadequately, they called their fraudulent and dictatorial party "Georgian Dream". What, what, but Georgians do not have a dream to be deceived, robbed and enslaved.
The whole world has been watching for about 40 days how the Georgian people are waging their uncompromising daily struggle of protest for their constitutional rights and freedom. This is of course good, but I was surprised by the lack of talent of famous Georgian singers, who are considered talented by many in the world, but who have not composed patriotic songs in the mainstream of the people's struggle for freedom and integration into the European Union in these 40 days. The power of the singers lies in their songs, not in their legs. Or maybe they do not share the protesters' desire for freedom, maybe they have other goals that they are trying to achieve in conjunction with this people's protest? Otherwise, why don't we hear their songs about freedom, songs of the struggle for freedom against authoritarianism and dictatorship?!
After the popularly elected President of Georgia Salome Zurabishvili left the official Office of the President of Georgia, the Prime Minister of Georgia Irakli Kobakhidze officially stated that she had already become an ordinary citizen and her opinion was of no interest to the ruling party of the country. What does this mean? Does this mean that Irakli Kobakhidze does not recognize the constitutional right of "ordinary" citizens of Georgia to form state power, who are employers for political parties, and whose constitutional interests and wishes the ruling party is obliged to fulfill? Does this mean that the Talmudic political power of Georgia has authoritarianly usurped state power in the country?
The chairman of the Girchi party, whom all political parties in Georgia avoid, rightly says that fair elections in Georgia should be held with a zero barrier, so a priori not to violate the constitutional rights of some voters to their constitutional electoral right . He believes that this will destroy authoritarian governance. However, such a constitutional political decision in the electoral system will make anti-constitutional authoritarianism collective. That is, corruption and lawlessness will no longer be carried out by one party, but by several, which will form a ruling coalition. But, in order for the unconstitutional authoritarian state governance in Georgia to actually become a constitutional legal governance of the state system, it is necessary, along with the introduction of the zero barrier, to carry out systemic legal democratic institutional reforms that would guarantee the objective existence of the rule of law, which has never happened in Georgia in the last 35 years. And the zero barrier in the country's electoral system will allow new and clean political parties in Georgia, which will be staffed by young people, to come to state power.
P.S. Anecdote:
An elderly resident of the Caucasus Mountains comes to Tbilisi to the Patriarch of Georgia Ilya II, for healing from illnesses and for a blessing. In his hands he holds a wicker basket, and in it there is a turkey, a goose, khachapuri (pies), various fruits and vegetables. On the shoulder of the elder is thrown a wineskin with red wine, and in the other hand he holds a rope to which a goat (kid) is tied. In general, the Caucasian elder brings all this wealth to the Patriarch, as a donation back of the upcoming healing through the prayers of the minister of the Christian church. Finally he found the new Trinity Church in Tbilisi, richly decorated. He entered this church, together with all his wealth, but the Patriarch was not near the altar. The Caucasian settled himself on a raised platform near the altar, put the basket next to him, and the kid lay down at his feet. Suddenly the Patriarch entered in a white robe, or rather, two huge people, who had no reason, thought, knowledge, or education in their eyes, carried him out, holding him under his arms. The Patriarch's face was not visible, his head was bended, he was all bow-backed, crooked, lame, with trembling hands, unnaturally crooked wrists, and saliva involuntarily flowed from his crooked mouth. The Patriarch, standing on his feet with difficulty, stuttering, barely pronouncing letters and words, somehow mumbled that he possessed the divine power of Jesus to heal and asked the Caucasian to tell the story of his illness so that his treatment could begin. The Caucasian could not say a word from surprise, only opened his mouth in silence, like a fish. Then he prayed in gratitude to his God of the mountains, the planet and the Universe that he himself was not in such a gravely ill condition as this Patriarch. After this, the Caucasian stood up, leaving all his wealth at the altar, and silently walked to the exit of the church. The Patriarch of Georgia Ilya II, shaking his head and trembling his hands, suddenly shouts after him, stuttering: "Where are you going? I haven't cured you yet with my divine prayers, I haven't saved you yet?" The Caucasian turns to him in surprise and answers: "Patriarch, first cure yourself with your prayers and the power of your worthless god, save yourself from your torment, savior, and then offer healing to others. And maybe my gifts will please your gloomy and hopeless empty and false life."
