Anger is one of those emotions that can be good or bad. Good anger mobilizes you into action 🎬. When the doctors told me I could not control my illness, it angered me to the point where my entire focus was, "I'll show them" That was mobilizing anger that helped me once heal. The other kinda anger is the anger 😠 that immobilizes you and causes you to freeze in your tracks -physically and mentally. You constantly repeat in your mind the scenario that caused you so much anger. You blame; you judge; you make the other person wrong; and worst of all, you give your power away to a person or situation in the past that has you still gripped in the present. You are blind to solutions and deaf to prayer 🙏. You are so energetically "heavy" that even when solutions do appear, you don't see them and your vibration is closed down to receiving any gifts that may present themselves in the form of miracles. I believe it was Buddha who once said that anger (in this form) is like holding a hot coal in your hand: The only person who gets burned 🔥 is you. Peace✌
