The ideal candidate should be excited about the opportunity to identify, pursue and capture new business opportunities. The candidate should have several years of experience in financial management and negotiating and agreeing to contracts. The successful applicant will have a track record of success in overseeing projects from inception to completion, and identifying and mitigating risks involved. The ability to nurture relationships with clients throughout projects is crucial as well. This role involves collaborating with other departments. The successful applicant will have great communication, teamwork, leadership, and analytical skills.
Responsibilities:
✔️Identify opportunities to expand the business, including through partnerships, and new markets
✔️Analyze sales, marketing, finance, and other reports to gain insights into how to improve performance and maximize growth
✔️Maintain sustainable and productive relationships with existing clients
✔️Manage daily operations, contract negotiations, and sales planning
✔️Assess risks involved with new initiatives, ensure deadlines are met and be ready to handle unexpected situations
Requirements:
✔️BS/MS degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing or business related field
✔️Must have at least 3 years of experience in business development, customer management, sales or related field. Airline experience is an advantage.
✔️Strong communication, sales and presentation skills
✔️Ability to multitask and prioritize projects
✔️Superb negotiation capabilities
✔️Must be team oriented and results focused
